You can place an order with us for the transcription of speech from audio or video material (in Russian or another language) as well as the ensuring translation into the required language. Separately, we embed subtitles. Read about it in more detail here.

1. We receive the media file you need to transcribe.
2. We analyze it and after coming to an agreement with you on the time frame and conditions, we clarify all the parameters of the transcription task into Russian:

- Speech parameters (2 options): full transcription verbatim, including all the sounds in the source material (noises, layering of speech, speaker errors), which provides you with a complete translation of sound into text, or the second option, which is transcription of only the meaningful (informational) content.
- Timecode insertion. If desired, we can also insert the timecodes at a specified interval (every minute or at the moment when the speaker changes) so you can compare the resultant Russian text with the original audio or video.
3. We begin the work that will provide you with the transcription of audio or video material into a text format (doc, docx, pdf).
After a transcription you can also order a subsequent translation from Russian into the language needed.
